Yes. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions and in-law suites, garages, roofing, siding and windows, decks and sunrooms, flooring, and built-ins. We act as your general contractor: one point of contact from design to the final walkthrough, licensed electricians and plumbers for the trade work, and permits and inspections handled for you.
After a free on-site visit we send a line-item, fixed-price proposal you can open online, with options to choose between where they make sense. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price unless you change the scope.
Every remodel carries a 5-year written workmanship warranty from completion: if something we built fails because of how we built it, we come back and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on the cabinets, fixtures, flooring, and windows we install pass straight to you. Smaller service jobs carry a 12-month warranty.
